    Every fifteen minutes Touchline sends reminders, expires unanswered requests, settles played sessions and sends email. Running means it has done so in the last half hour.

    Sending

    Confirmations, reminders and receipts. Sending means nothing has waited more than an hour to go out.

The same facts are on the page the people running Touchline watch, and a stopped job alerts them directly. Nothing on this page names a family, a coach or a session.
